• Animal breeding and genomics
• Computational genomics
• Genomic selection
• Whole genome association analyses
• Bioinformatics
• Identification of genes, and gene networks
• Genetic evaluation and improvement of animals
• Estimation of genetic and phenotypic parameters required for genetic evaluations
